2. The promotion

   2. You must complete an insurance quotation from Club Care Insurance after the Opening Date and before the Closing Date of the promotion and agree to these T&Cs at www.clubcareinsurance.com/sausageroll

3. How to enter

   1. The promotion will run from 09.00 on 28th August 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 30th November 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

   2. To qualify for the promotional item, all quotes must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All quotes received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

   3. To qualify for the promotional item:

      1. You must complete the following

         1. Get a new quotation for a product that you don’t currently hold a policy through CCI for.

   4. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

   5. The Promoter will not accept:

      1. responsibility for promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

      2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the promotion.

4. Eligibility

   1. All participants who obtain a new quotation during the promotion period will be eligible for the promotion subject to availability.

   2. The promotion is only open to all residents in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, except:

      1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or

      3. members of the immediate families or households of (1) and (2) above.

   3. In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the promotional item. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the promotion.

   4. The Promoter will not accept promotion entries that are:

      1. automatically generated by computer;

      2. completed by third parties or in bulk;

      3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

      4. photocopies and not originals; or

      5. incomplete.

   5. Each participant is eligible to receive one promotional item per unique quotation per product obtained.  Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

   6. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.

5. The promotional item

   1. The promotional item is one free Greggs Sausage Roll or Vegan Sausage Roll.

   2. Promotional items are subject to availability and whilst stocks last, and must be redeemed by 31st December 2025.

   3. This offer is available to redeem in the majority of Greggs shops only, exclusions do apply. Excluded shops are those situated in MOTO forecourts – Doncaster, Ferrybridge, Toddington North & South, Heston, Hilton Park, Lancaster, Southwaite North, Trowell, Leigh Del East & West, Knutsford, Heston East, Frankly North & South, Donnington Park, Trowell South, Wetherby, Rugby

   4. The promotional item is not negotiable or transferable.

   5. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for the quality or availability of the promotional item at participating shops.

6. Claiming the promotional item

   1. Participants will be able to claim their promotional item by presenting a unique and valid digital code.

   2. Codes will be digitally distributed to participants by the promoter. Participants will receive their code within 30 days of obtaining the quotation, using the contact details provided when obtaining the quotation.

   3. Codes are subject to time periods dependent on when the code is distributed. Codes presented after the code expiry date will not be valid or accepted.

   4. One code will be accepted per transaction. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Greggs loyalty scheme.

   5. No cash alternative will be offered. Refunds will not be issued for unused digital codes or promotional items.

   6. The promotional item may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

   7. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact participants.

   8. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the promotional item.

7. Limitation of liability

   1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotional item except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Ownership of promotional entries and intellectual property rights

   1. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your promotion entry.

9. Data protection and publicity

   1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.

    2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion and promotional item where it becomes necessary to do so.

    3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
