Should you need to make an insurance claim, it can obviously be quite a stressful time in your life. We want to take that stress away from you and ensure that your claim experience is fast, efficient and friendly. If you are a Club Care Motorhome Insurance customer and you need to make a claim, please select the from the information below.

Reporting a Motorhome Insurance claim

To make things as easy as possible, you must report any loss, damage, injury or occurrence likely to give rise to a claim as soon as possible.

Ageas Customers

For general claims, please call 0870 240 1895. This claims helpline is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

If you need to claim for a broken windscreen or window glass, please phone the Ageas Insurance Glassline on 0800 854 454. If you use one of their glass companies, cover is unlimited. If you do not, the most they will pay under this section is £1,000 after taking off any excess.

ERS Customers

Please call 0330 123 5992 if you need to report an accident, fire, theft or windscreen claim. This line is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Markerstudy Customers

Even if you do not intend to make a claim for the damage to your vehicle you must still report the accident. Delay in notification may invalidate your right to claim. Please call 0344 873 8183 within 24 hours of the accident, but ideally within 1 hour.

First Underwriting Customers

If you have an accident call the 24 hour Claims Helpline on 0333 305 8120. You may be entitled to a FREE courtesy vehicle, free collection and delivery, and a windscreen replacement service.

KGM Customers

For general claims, please contact the UK-based 24/7 claims assist line on 0333 555 5909 (+44 (0) 1702 444312 if calling from abroad).

If you have suffered damage to your front/rear screens or side glass, please contact the approved glass provider on 0333 555 5909.
