Offer Terms and conditions

1. Offer can only be used once in a 12-month period.
2. Offer is limited to members of The Camping and Caravanning Club for a new policy not already held with Club Care Insurance.
3. Available for Caravan, Motorhome, Tent, Trailer Tent, Trailer and Leisure Home insurance policies only.
4. Excludes policies where there has been a claim in the last 12 months.
5. The offer is only available by calling Club Care as proof of your existing insurer renewal may be requested.
6. Should we not be able to beat your price, please allow 14 days for delivery of your 2 FREE night site vouchers.
7. Optional covers such as legal expenses or breakdown cover are excluded.
8. Offer ends 31/04/2026, but we retain the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. This offer can only be redeemed once by a Club member who receives the voucher as part of the Club Care Insurance Member Price Promise promotion.
2. This offer can only be redeemed on a booking by a member on a Club Site for a touring booking (*excludes Braithwaite Village, Keswick, Derwentwater, Bowness on Windermere, Bellingham, Charmouth, Cheddar, Hereford & Skye). This offer does not include self-catering.
3. This offer can only be used as part of a minimum of two consecutive nights stay. Minimum booking periods may apply.
4. The booking must be made by 31/05/2026 with the date of stay before 28/02/2027.
5. This offer is not valid on any booking that incorporates a Bank Holiday Weekend (Friday-Sunday).
6. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
8. The Club’s standard refund and cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
9. To use this voucher, you must book your pitch through The Camping and Caravanning Club Service Centre. The Service Centre number is 024 7647 5426.
10. Once booked, the form must be completed and posted back to Membership Ops, The Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH. Photocopies will not be accepted and the Club reserves the right to reject any voucher should it not appear genuine.
11. Please note that vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the Motorhome Hire Privilege Scheme or any other promotional scheme. The only exception to this rule is the complimentary camping voucher.
12. All pitches are subject to availability.
13. The voucher is redeemable against two nights on a grass, grass with electric, and hardstanding pitches only.
14. These vouchers are only valid for use on UK Club Sites listed on our website.
15. The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time.
