Club Care Bereavement Information

Losing a loved one is always one of the hardest things to come to terms with, we appreciate that having to notify various companies is not an easy task, so we have detailed the steps below to try and simplify the process as much as possible.
It is important that you notify us as early as you are able to ensure we can make the relevant changes required on any insurance policy.
We may also need some information and/or documentation which includes:

  • Death certificate
  • Updated bank details – if an instalment plan is in place, new direct Debit details may be required

Club Care Critical Illness Information

When a loved one develops a serious illness, it’s normal to go through an emotional experience akin to grieving. If the illness is terminal, it’s important to talk about death and plan for the end of life. These conversations can be difficult and very painful for all concerned, but there are ways to make them easier for both you and your loved one.
Some of the support you need is emotional. The fears and feelings that surface now are better aired than ignored.
